What is Parker CTC HMI?

Parker: Parker Hannifin Corporation, commonly referred to as Parker, is a major American corporation specializing in motion and control technologies. Here are the key details about the company:

It initially produced pneumatic brake systems and fittings for the aviation industry. Over the decades, Parker grew through numerous acquisitions and expanded into hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, sealing and other motion control technologies.
Parker CTC HMI refers to the human-machine interface (HMI) products and software offered by Parker Hannifin's CTC (Computer Tended Control) division.

Parker HMI develops different series of HMIs for different industrial production scenarios. At present, at least 12 series of products have been developed.

• EPX2 InteractX PowerStation: EPX2 PowerStation touchscreen HMI panels have 6"-15" screens, a no-display option & InteractX Windows Supervisory HMI Software. Note: EPX2 is a perfect platform for InteractX but is not designed to support extensive 3rd party/database software.


• XPR2 PowerStation: XPR2 PowerStation touchscreen HMI panels have 6"-15" screens plus a no-display option and come bundled with the award winning Interact Xpress HMI software - offering web publishing which allows you to run, view & edit your HMI application from anywhere.


• P1 PowerStation: The P13 PowerStation is a 6" touchscreen HMI panel containing the feature-rich Interact HMI runtime with Interact Panel Tools, Graphics, Alarm and Networking software modules. The P13 is the perfect replacement for the Parker P1, P1H or MotionPanel HMI


• PA2 PowerStation: The PA2 PowerStation touchscreen HMI panels are offered with screen sizes of 6"-15", plus a no-display option. All units contain the feature-rich Interact HMI runtime with Interact Panel Tools, Graphics, Alarm and Networking software modules.


• PT Parker PAC Terminal: The PAC Terminal (PT) is a thin client HMI which significantly reduces the overall system costs when compared to a traditional HMl-especially if it is desired for multiple PTs to connect to a single PAC. Developed to work seamlessly with the Parker Automation Controller (PAC), the PAC handling the control and HMl logic, the PT is responsible for displaying the embedded HMl as well as sending touch screen input from the user back to the PAC.


• TS8000: The TS8000 is a high-performance graphical operator panel with many built-in functions. Available in five screen sizes, from 3.2" to 15", the Ts8000 offers most of the features typically available on PC-based SCADA systems. The TS8000 HMI can communicate with different hardware through 10/100 Base-T Ethernet ports and high-speed RS232/485 serial communication ports.


• XPC2 PowerStation: This Parker-designed and manufactured XPC2 PowerStation is a compact lndustrial PC with a 6"8"，10" or 1 5"TFT panel mount touchscreen and a non-display option. The XPC2 family of robust, embedded PC's have been designed to be used as a dedicated industrial operator interface. The XPC2 is available with Windows CE 5orXP Pro operating systems and without the lnteract Xpress HMI software. Mechanically, the XPC2 PowerStation is designed with previous model XPC PowerStation mounting cutouts and be used as a direct, drop-in replacement WhiIe maintaining the same touchscreen functionality and NEMAType4× orType 12sealing.


• PHM Flat Panel Industrial Monitors: The Parker-designed and manufactured PHM line of panel lndustrial Monitors features 15” and 17” display units for plant floor applications, including a StainIess SteeI Bezel （15” display) version that is ideal for sanitary and clean room environments. Each of these analog resistive touchscreen monitors offers exceptional display characteristics in a chemical resistive, NEMA-4/4x design. With standard PC inputs/outputs and auto-power sensing, these slim-profile monitors are easy to set up and install within a variety Of cabinet and swing arm configurations. The PHM lndustrial Monitor family offers an affordable PC display solution that will stand up to the most demanding manufacturing environments.


• IPC PowerStation: IPC PowerStation touchscreen industrial panel PCs offer more processing power, more memory, more storage, more reliability and less thermal dissipation than ever before. And the IPC gives YOu this while offering lower configured price points. Parker's industrial PC products include 10"，15”, and 17” panel-mount color touchscreen systems and a machine-mount, no-display PC-onIy system. The IPC PowerStations are configured to run third-party or custom Windows applications and do not include an lnteractX runtime license.IPC PowerStations are designed and tested to the extremes that can satisfy the most demanding applications.AII models are NEMA-rated. The 15” display is optionally equipped with a stainless steel bezel for clean room/sanitary work environments.
